How does FactCheck work?
FactCheck uses advanced AI technology to analyze content and verify claims against reliable sources. Our system cross-references information across multiple databases and provides you with an accuracy assessment.
How does WhereTo work?
WhereTo combines multiple data sources including weather, schools, crime statistics, property values, and environmental data. Our AI assistant lets you ask natural language questions about any location.
What platforms are supported?
FactCheck is available as a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, plus mobile apps for iOS and Android. WhereTo is available on iOS and Android.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard. Log in, navigate to Account, and select “Manage Subscription” to view your plan, update payment methods, or modify your subscription.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied, contact us at support@ideasquantified.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes! FactCheck supports Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for advanced users. You can configure your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Brave Search in Settings.
